I am finally adding Amazon UK widgets to my Squidoo lenses
Why am I adding Amazon UK widgets to my Squidoo lenses? Because any UK visitors who click on the Squidoo Amazon module are directed to the USA site and then they click on a link to be redirected to the UK site.
Once they are on the UK site, you will not earn any commission. The way to get around this is to set up an Amazon UK Associates account and then create the widgets for your lenses.
My SquidFriend Squidster has made a very good lens that tells you how to make the widgets and add them to your lens. You can see the results of my endeavors on my lens I Love You Mum.

Hi, (how) do you know a substantial part of your visitors are from the UK? You can’t measure it with the Squidoo dashboard so do you use other tracking software? I only know of GetClicky but its limited to 1 website. (at least the free subscription does) Tx

The tracking software I use is on Stacounter.com. Unlimited websites but will only show the last 500 visitors unless you upgrade but for me that is sifficient.
