Seeing stars on Squidoo – purple ones!
No sooner have I got used to the warm fuzzy feeling about getting a Purple Star for my lens: Bullying at Primary School, than I receive another email saying I have been awarded another for 10 Best Plants for Bees!. Talk about getting a warm buzzy (sorry, could not resist!) feeling!
I must admit that when the Purple Star programme was first announced, I did have some concerns. We were told that a Purple Star would get a “boost”, but I was not clear on what that boost was. So, like a few people I asked questions. We are now told that the boost is temporary, so my concerns have been allayed.
It’s been quite a Squidoo week and following on from the announcement of the new Giants and Giant Squid 100s, there was a special radio broadcast a couple of days ago in celebration. I blogged about “Having fun with Chef Keem, Joan and Kate” on my other blog, so I wont go into detail here, but I must say it was great!

That’s good news on your second Purple Star. Congrats.
I tried to open your blog when you posted on Tagfoot and couldn’t, I tried again here and still couldn’t. I’m interested, just incapable!
